Bank Robbery - Federal Way

Boise, Oct. 10, 2006 – Boise Police are looking for a man who robbed an East Boise bank

this afternoon.

    Officers responded to the Washington Mutual Bank on the 6400 blk of Federal Way at

3:21 p.m. Witnesses say a man with a handgun and wearing a blue surgical mask walked into the

bank and demanded money. He left with an undisclosed amount.

    A witness tells officers the suspect got into a small, older white sedan, possibly a Chevy

Barreta, with no front license plate, and drove through the parking lot toward Hwy 21. Officers

searched the area and alerted Boise County deputies, but the suspect has not been located.

    Suspect description: white male adult, 5' 9", thin build, wearing a black and white flannel

shirt, a denim fishing style hat, aviator sunglasses, blue jeans and black gloves. A witness says he

took off the flannel shirt as he got into the vehicle and was wearing a white t-shirt.
