Pharmacy Robbery

Boise, August 1,2006, 12:00 p.m. - Boise Police are searching for a man with a gun who robbed a Milwaukee Street Pharmacy this morning, taking three bottles of prescription narcotic pain medication.

The robbery was called in at about 8:30 the pharmacy on the 3300 blk,. of Milwaukee at Ustick. Witnesses tell officers the man walked into the business, waved a gun, at times pointing it at employees, and verbally demanded the narcotics. No shots were fired. No one was injured.

The suspect is described as a darker skinned male, 5' 9", medium build, wearing a reddish hat, orange sweatshirt and carrying a large handgun. A witness believes he saw the suspect get into a white-colored smaller Honda-type vehicle with Idaho bluebird license plates.
