Boise Police Investigate Payday Loans Robbery

Boise, June 24, 2006, 11:30 p.m. – Boise Police are investigating an late morning robbery.

Officers responded to an armed robbery call at Nice-n-Easy Payday Loans, 328 N. Orchard just before 11:30 a.m. today. The suspect is described as a white male 25 to 30 years old, 5' 8" to 5'9", average build with unknown color short hair, a brown goatee, wearing a dark blue baseball cap, large frame sunglasses, a red t-shirt and blue jeans.

Suspect entered the business, showed a small silver handgun in his waist band and demanded money from the clerk. Suspect took an undisclosed amount of money and fled the immediate area on foot. No one was injured during the incident.

An area search for the suspect was conducted but he was not located.
