Boise, April 12, 2006 – Boise Police have arrested a man for aggravated battery after he stabbed his two room mates. It appears three people were living as room mates in an apartment in the 7500 block of Florence. The subjects got into a verbal altercation, and it escalated until the suspect pulled a knife and stabbed his adult female and adult male room mates. The victims of the crime called Boise Police immediately afterwards, at approximately 9:30 pm, and the first officers on scene were able to make contact with the suspect. He surrendered without incident.  The victims were transported to a local hospital for treatment. Boise police detectives are continuing to investigate.

Arrested: Max C. Breshears, 19, Boise

Charges: Aggravated battery, 2 counts
