Armed Robbery

Boise, February 14, 2006 – Boise Police are searching for a man who robbed a citizen at a bank ATM last night.

The robbery occurred at approximately 11:00 pm last night at the Wells Fargo Bank located at State and Collister. Two suspects were involved; one suspect displayed a handgun and obtained a undisclosed amount of money. The suspects fled in a small blue sedan.

Ada County Sheriff’s deputies and Garden City police officers assisted Boise Police in a search for the vehicle. Minutes later, a Garden City police officer located a vehicle matching the description abandoned in a canal near Dry Creek Cemetery. The occupants had fled on foot, and the area was searched for several hours. One of the suspects, 19 year old Bryson Lassiter, surrendered to police. He was charged with Robbery and booked into the Ada County Jail.

Police are still searching for the second suspect, who has been identified as 21 year old Michael Osborn. He is approximately 5'10" tall, and weighs about 155 pounds. He has brown hair and eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt or jacket, and wire-rimmed eyeglasses. Osborn should be considered armed and dangerous.
