Arrested: Alex Wenger, 26, Boise
Charges: Sexual Exploitation of a Child (F) – 9 counts, Child Enticement Through the Internet (F) – 2 counts, Sexual Battery of a Minor Child 16 to 17 years of age (F) – 4 counts.
The suspect, Alex Wenger, was taken into custody Thursday on a felony warrant. The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing ICAC investigation that began in July of 2015. During the course of the investigation, Boise Police detectives located multiple victims and identified the suspect as Alex Wenger. Detectives found evidence indicating the suspect enticed multiple minor females into sending sexually explicit photos of themselves to the suspect and then the suspect met some of them for sexual contact.
A warrant was issued for Alex Wenger on March 22, 2017. He was arrested March, 23, 2017, on the 2700 block of E. Eastgate Drive in Boise. He was booked into the Ada County Jail on the above charges.

Arrested: James C. Decker, 36, Meridian
Charged: Aggravated Battery (F)
Boise Police officers responded to a report of a fight at the intersection of Dawn Drive and Sunnydale Lane at 1:11 a.m. on Friday. When officers arrived on scene they found an injured man lying on the ground receiving care from others. According to witness reports, the man had been riding in a vehicle with a group of people when he and another male became involved in an altercation. The car stopped and the two men got out of the car and got into a physical fight. During the fight, the victim was slammed to the ground causing injury and punched in the face multiple times by the suspect, who was known to the victim. The suspect then fled the scene on foot. Based on witness descriptions, officers were able to locate the suspect, identified as Decker, on foot at the intersection of Fairview and Eagle. Decker was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Ada County Jail under the above charge.
The victim was transported by paramedics to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
