Warrant Arrested: Joshua Osborne, 20, Boise
Warrant Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (meth)(F)
The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance yesterday.
The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into the possession of meth that officers located during a traffic stop in Boise on October 2nd of this year. Evidence indicates the suspect was in possession of a small amount of meth located during a traffic stop for driving at night with only one headlight. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.
