Multiple unrelated drug arrests; Weekend incident report

  Arrested: Darrell A. Cremer, 51, Boise

   Charges: Possession of a Controlled substance with Intent to Deliver (Meth)(F), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m)

   Boise Police Patrol Officers, working with information provided by citizen tips, served a search warrant yesterday, December 8th, at  approximately 7:00 a.m. at a residence on the 2000 block of West Overland Road. Officers recovered multiple baggies belonging to the suspect on his person and in the home with a combined weight of more than 5 grams of meth. Officers also found, scales, packaging materials, and other items of drug paraphernalia. During the course of the investigation officers obtained evidence that indicates the suspect had engaged in the sale of the controlled substance. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

    Arrested: Jessica L. Hale, 19, Boise

    Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F), Resisting or Obstructing an Officer (m)

   Boise Police on patrol late Saturday evening, December 7th, conducted a traffic stop for a signal violation near Sunrise Rim and Vista Avenue.  As officers contacted the passenger, Jessica Hale, and the driver, a Boise Police K-9 named "Turk" alerted on the vehicle indicating the likely presence of drugs. Jessica Hale refused to comply with officer's instructions during the stop resulting in the Resisting or Obstructing charge. A search of the suspect and the vehicle revealed a small amount of meth. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

    Arrested: Marshall E. O'Neil, 23, Boise

    Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana)(m), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m), Providing False Information to Police (m) Warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance out of Ada County (F)

   Boise Police responded to a citizen report of possible drug activity in a parking lot on the 8100 block of West Franklin Road Friday morning, December 6th, at approximately 10:57 a.m. Officers contacted the suspect in the parking lot. The suspect provided a false identity to police. An Ada County K-9 alerted on the vehicle indicating the likely presence of drugs. A search of the vehicle revealed a plastic baggie containing a small amount of marijuana, glass pipe with meth residue, and other items of drug paraphernalia in the vehicle. A check though Boise City Records indicated the suspect also had an outstanding felony warrant for his arrest on drug possession charges. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

    Arrested: Lance D. Kletzien, 28, Boise

    Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F), Driving Without Privileges (DWP)(m), Fleeing or Eluding Police (m)

   Boise Police on patrol early Saturday morning, December 7th, at approximately 2:08 a.m. observed a vehicle crossing the yellow line going southbound on Roosevelt. The suspect did not pull over when the officer activated his emergency lights. The officer continued to follow the vehicle for approximately a half mile before the suspect pulled over on the 2500 block of Hayden. A check through Boise City Records indicated the suspect was currently suspended from driving. A search of the suspects person revealed approximately 4.5 grams total package weight of meth. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

    Arrested: Shawn L. Taggart, 21, Boise

    Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana)(m), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m)

   Boise Police on patrol late Saturday night, December 7th, at approximately10:19 p.m. observed a vehicle driving eratically and crossing the yellow line near North Wildwood Street and North Fayette Place. The officer noted the odor of burnt marijuana coming from the suspect's person. A search of the suspect's vehicle revealed a bag with approximately 17 grams total package weight of marijuana and 24 Amphentemine/Dextroamphetamine pills, a schedule II controlled substance. Officers also recovered a pipe and other items of drug paraphernalia from the vehicle. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

    Arrested: Delbert R. Besendorfer, 40, Boise

    Charges: Driving Under the Influence (DUI)(F)

   Boise Police observed a vehicle failing to maintain its lane, speeding and driving on cancelled registration last night, December 8th, at approximately 11:49 p.m. Officers stopped the driver near Broadway and Gallaher. The suspect, who appeared to be very intoxicated at the time, failed several field sobriety tests and blew a .21/.20 at the Ada County Jail. A check through Boise City Records indicated the suspect had prior convictions for DUI making this charge a felony. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

    Arrested: Douglas W. Adams, 53, Boise

    Charges: Driving Under the Influence (DUI)(F), Probation violation Charges (F)

   Boise Police responded to a request for assistance from Idaho Probation and Parole Agents Saturday night, December 7th, at approximately 9:00 p.m. During the course of the investigation Parole Agents obtained evidence that indicated the suspect had driven a vehicle to the residence before being contacted by the Parole Agent. The suspect failed several field sobriety tests and blew a .08/.08. A check through Boise City Records indicated the suspect had a prior conviction for DUI making this charge a felony. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

   Warrant Arrested: Cristina L. Miller, 28, Kuna

   Warrant Charges:  Grand Theft (F), Fraudulent Use of a Financial Transaction Card (F)

     The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Grand Theft and Fraudulent Use of a Financial Transaction Card early this morning, December 9th, at approximately 1:00 a.m.

    The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into a stolen credit card. Evidence indicates the suspect used the stolen credit card to make more than $700.00 dollars in purchases since August of this year at various stores. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.

   Arrested: Jose A. Chavez, 28, Nampa

   Charges: Malicious Injury to Property (F)

    Boise Police on foot patrol heard a loud noise and responded to a disturbance at a restaurant on the 500 block of West Main Street early Saturday morning, December 7th, at approximately 2:33 a.m. Employees tell police the suspect, who appeared to be very intoxicated at the time, threw a chair through a large plate glass window. The officers saw the suspect fleeing the scene on foot. Officers had to chase the suspect down before taking him into custody. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.
