Gang Associates Arrested on Felony Drug Charges

Members of the Boise Police Gang Unit and Special Agents from the ATF have arrested two people believed to be associates of Sureno Gang members in Boise. Both face felony drug charges.

Arrested: Soledad Lopez-Salinas, 42, Boise

Charged: Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver - Meth (F), Manufacturing narcotics paraphernalia (F)

Arrested: Kevin L. Wilke, 44, Boise

Charged: Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver - Meth (F), Manufacturing narcotics paraphernalia (F)

Detectives have been investigating narcotics trafficking involving Sureno Gang members in Boise and the surrounding area. This morning, the Boise Police Special Operations Unit SWAT team assisted in serving a search warrant at the residence at 1305 S. Longmont in Boise in connection with the investigation. During the search, officers found just under one ounce of crystal methamphetamine and seized more than $1000 in cash, in addition to narcotic packaging material and other narcotic related paraphernalia leading to the arrests and charges.
