Arrests for Grand Theft by Possession; BPD Daily Incident Report

Arrested: Linda M. Andrews, 30 Nampa 

Charged: Grand Theft by Possession ISC 18-2403 (F)

Boise Police were contacted by officers from Payette County working on a residential burglary involving a stolen laptop. Officers received information the lap top had been taken to Boise. Officers were able to locate the lap top and found evidence the lap top was in the possession of the suspect. She was arrested on the above charge and booked into the Ada County Jail.

Charged: Grand Theft by Possession (F) Warrant

Boise Police arrested the suspect at his Boise home early this morning on an outstanding warrant regarding an investigation by deputies with the Ada County Sheriff's Office. Please contact ACSO for further.

Arrested: Joshua M. Loop. 26, Boise

Charged: Aggravated Battery (F), Assault (F)

Boise Police arrested the suspect early this morning on a warrant issued by Ada County Prosecutors. The warrant follows a Boise Police investigation into an incident that occurred October 25, 2013 in front of the suspect's home in the area of North Maple Grove Road and West Northview Street. The two victims reported to officers that the suspect began a verbal argument with them as they walked their dog. The argument turned violent when the suspect allegedly produced a baseball bat and hit one of the victims causing minor injury. The warrant was issued following review by prosecutors of the officer's reports.
