When officers arrived they found several people at the home saying a man and woman had forced their way inside, reportedly over an apparent property dispute involving a skateboard. The victims and suspect are known to each other. Witnesses told officers the man, identified as Morris, carried a baseball bat and, after forcing his way into the home, used the bat to threaten victims. Witnesses said the suspect also used the bat as he became involved in a physical fight with three of the residents. No one was seriously injured.
