Lewd Conduct Warrant arrest; Daily incident report

Warrant Arrested: Stephanie North, 23, Klamuth Falls OR.

Warrant Charges: Lewd Conduct with a Child Under 16 (F)

The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Lewd Conduct yesterday.

The warrant arrest comes after a detailed investigation into allegations of inappropriate contact that reportedly took place on more than one occasion earlier this year. The incident was reported to Boise Police by a third party in April and a detailed investigation began. Evidence indicates the conduct took place more than once in Boise at various locations. The victim, who was under the age of 16 at the time, is well known to the suspect. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant. No further information is available at this time. Further inquiries into this case should be directed to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.

The victim (and/or family) in this case is receiving support assistance through the Boise Police Department Victim Services Unit. To learn more about Victim Services log onto www.boisepolice.org and click on Crime Victim Services.
