Possession of Child Porn and Crimes against Nature arrests; Daily incident report

  Arrested: Kevin R. McCullough, 22, Boise

   Charges: 5 counts of Possession of Sexually Exploitive Material (F)

   Boise Police working with the ICAC task force arrested the suspect yesterday, August 1st, at a home on the 4400 block of West Brennen Street in Boise following a search warrant. The suspect was taken into custody after detectives served the search warrant that stems from an ongoing ICAC investigation into sexually exploitive materials traced to the residence. Officers located multiple illegal files on computers at the home. At this time, investigators have no evidence that the victims depicted in the materials are local. The investigation into this case continues. Further inquiries into this case should be directed to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.

  Warrant Arrested: Ryan H. Tannenholz, 28, Boise

   Warrant Charges: Crimes Against Nature (F)

     The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Crimes Against Nature yesterday.

    The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into illegal sexual activity involving a small animal at a Boise residence. Evidence indicates the suspect engaged in the illegal sexual activity on more than one occasion. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant. No further information is available in this case. Further inquires into this case should be directed to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office. 

TITLE 18 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS CHAPTER 66 SEX CRIMES 18-6606. Crime against nature -- Penetration. Any sexual penetration, however slight, is sufficient to complete the crime against nature.

    Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Heroin)(F), Probation Violation Charges (F), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m), Driving Without Privileges (m)

   Boise Police on patrol observed a vehicle failing to maintain it's lane and conduct illegal lane changes without signaling last night, August 1st, at approximately 10:00 p.m. Officers witnessed the suspect vehicle drove onto the fog line on the South edge of I-84 near Orchard before conducting a traffic stop. As officers contacted the driver, a check through Boise City Records indicated the suspect currently had a suspended driver's license and had a current warrant for his arrest for Probation Violation charges. A search of the suspect's person revealed a tube used to smoke illegal drugs. A Boise Police K-9 named "Ruwa" alerted on the vehicle indicating the likely presence of drugs. A search of the vehicle revealed a small amount of heroin. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

    Arrested: Eli R. Hudon, 41, Kuna

    Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana)(m), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m)

   Boise Police on patrol observed a vehicle cross the fog line three times before conducting a traffic stop near Fairview Avenue and Mitchell Street early this morning, August 2nd, at approximately 3:00 a.m. As officers contacted the driver, a Boise Police K-9 named "Ruwa" alerted on the vehicle indicating the likely presence of drugs. A search of the suspect and the vehicle revealed two pipes used to ingest drugs. Officers also recovered a plastic baggie containing approximately 1.7 grams of meth and a plastic baggie containing approximately 6 grams of marijuana. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

    Arrested: Brandon J. Evans, 28, Boise

    Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F), Probation Violation charges (F), Driving Without Privileges (m)

   Boise Police responded to a citizen report of possible drug activity in a parking lot on the 12000 block of West Overland Road yesterday, August 1st, at approximately 7:00 a.m. Multiple witnesses tell police they observed the suspect exit a vehicle and drop a baggie of powder on the ground. The witnesses tell officers the substance appeared to be meth. Officers contacted the suspect as he attempted to leave the parking lot and a check through Boise City Records indicated he had a suspended driver's license. The substance in the baggie tested positive for meth. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

    Arrested: Joshua J. Holley, 23, Boise

    Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Cocaine)(F)

   Boise Police on patrol observed a vehicle turn off the roadway abruptly and strike the curb before coming to a stop near 10th and Grove early this morning, August 2nd, at approximately 3:00 a.m. As officers contacted the driver a passenger, later identified as Joshua Holley, had to be told repeatedly to keep his hands in plain sight. A search of the suspect's person revealed three baggies containing cocaine with a combined total package weight of 5 grams.  The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.
