Lewd Conduct arrest; Weekend incident report

    Arrested: Willie K. Walls Jr. 21, Boise

    Charges: Lewd Conduct with a Minor under 16 (F)

    Boise Police arrested the suspect yesterday, August 4th, following a detailed investigation into allegations of inappropriate sexual conduct that reportedly took place the previous evening. The victim, a juvenile female under the age of 16, tells detectives the conduct took place at a Boise home. The suspect is well known to the victim and officers have no reason at this time to believe other victims are involved. The investigation into this case continues. No further information is available. Further inquires into this case should be directed to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.

   Warrant Arrested: Rochele Reed, 37, Boise

   Warrant Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver (Marijuana)(F)

     The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver Friday.

    The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into the possession of approximately 90 grams of marijuana at a Boise home in September of last year. Evidence indicates the suspect was in possession of the controlled substance when officers assisted agents from the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare on a check of the home. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.

    Arrested: Michael J. Woodington, 27, Boise

    Charges: Driving Under the Influence (DUI)(F)

   Boise Police received a report of a possible drunk driver near Reigate and Gary Lane early yesterday morning, August 4th, at approximately 4:40 a.m. When officers located the suspect they noted the distinct odor of alcohol and slurred speech. The suspect, who appeared to be very intoxicated at the time, failed several field sobriety tests and blew a .22/.23 at the Ada County Jail. A check through Boise City Records indicated the suspect had prior convictions for DUI making this charge a felony. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

    Arrested: Sarah J. Fencl, 40, Boise

    Charges: Driving Under the Influence (DUI)(F)

   Boise Police observed a vehicle driving at Front and Capital with no headlights late Friday night, August 2nd, at approximately 10:00 p.m. The suspect, who appeared to be very intoxicated at the time, failed several field sobriety tests and a blood draw was performed for later evidentiary testing. A check through Boise City Records indicated the suspect had prior convictions for DUI making this charge a felony. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

   Arrested: Stefaney, M. Tucker, 44, Pocatello ID. 

   Charges: Grand Theft (F)

    Boise Police responded to a request for assistance from U.S. Marshals at a parking lot on the 6500 block of South Federal Way Friday, August 2nd, at approximately 11:00 a.m. Officers contacted the suspect, who was driving a stolen car at the time. After verifying the status of the vehicle with Boise City Records, the suspect was taken into custody and booked on the above listed charges.

   Warrant Arrested: Tyler J. Milward, 19, Meridian

   Warrant Charges: Grand Theft (F)

     The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Grand Theft yesterday.

    The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into two racing bikes stolen from a Boise residence on October 30th of last year. Evidence indicates the suspect was involved in the theft of the bikes. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.

   Warrant Arrested: Brittany L. Ross, 32, Caldwell

   Warrant Charges: Forgery (F)

     The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Forgery yesterday.

    The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into forged checks used to obtain goods at local merchants in December of last year. Evidence indicates the suspect was involved in forging checks. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.
