Felony injury to a child warrant and drug charges; Daily incident report

   Warrant Arrested: Allison M. Broderson, 30, Boise

   Warrant Charges: Injury to a Child (F)

     The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Injury to a Child early this morning.

    The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into an incident that took place on May 19th at a Boise home. Evidence indicates the suspect was involved in a physical altercation with the victim, a juvenile under the age of 13. The victim and the suspect are well known to each other. According to the victim, the suspect choked, scratched and bruised him at the Boise home. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant. Further inquiries in this case should be directed to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.

   Arrested: Richard P. Vaughan, 24, Boise

   Charges: 2 counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance (F)

    Boise Police officers, Boise narcotics detectives and Garden City investigators arrested Richard Vaughan yesterday, as part of an ongoing investigation into the trafficking of controlled substances. Detectives have evidence that indicates the suspect was involved in the sale of approximately 6 grams total package weight of marijuana and 10 capsules containing MDPV (Bath Salts) yesterday, at a home in Garden City. The controlled substances are valued at approximately $350.00.

About BANDIT: The Boise Police BANDIT Task Force investigates illegal drug sales and trafficking, as well as gambling and prostitution. Detectives with B.A.N.D.I.T. (Boise Area Narcotics and Drug Interdiction Task Force), are commissioned to protect the community from illegal activity.

    Arrested: Aitor Artiach, 38, Boise

    Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Prescription Methadone)(F), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m), Probation Violation charges (F)

   Boise Police received a citizen report of possible drug activity taking place in a restroom at a business on the 100 block of South 6th Street yesterday afternoon, August 5th, at approximately 12:30 p.m. Officers determined the suspect was currently on felony probation and contacted agents from Idaho State Probation and Parole. A search of the suspect's person revealed approximately one gram total package weight of Meth and seven prescription Methadone pills. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

    Arrested: Jamie L. Neider, 42, Boise

    Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F), Carrying a Concealed Weapon Without a Permit (m), Parole Violation charges (F)

   Boise Police responded to a report of a fight on the 8200 block of West Fairview Avenue last night, August 5th, at approximately 8:00 p.m. Officers contacted the suspect in connection with that call. A check through Boise City Records indicated the suspect was currently on probation. A search of the suspect's person revealed a concealed knife and approximately 1.7 grams total package weight of meth. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.
