Lewd Conduct and Aggravated Assault arrests; Weekend incident report

    Arrested: Roberto Moreno, 45, Boise

    Charges: Lewd Conduct with a Minor under 16 (F)

    Boise Police arrested the suspect Friday, June 7th, after a detailed investigation into allegations of inappropriate touching that reportedly took place earlier that day. The victim, a juvenile female under the age of 10, tells detectives the conduct took place at a Boise home. The suspect is known to the victim and officers have no evidence at this time indicating other victims are involved. The investigation into this case continues. No further information is available. Further inquiries into this case should be directed to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.

   Arrested: Anthony R. Flappingeagle, 31, No Known Address

   Charges: Aggravated Assault (F)

    Boise Police responded to a disturbance at a home on the 5300 block of West Spaulding Street early Sunday morning, June 9th, at approximately 5:00 a.m. Officers determined the suspect, who is known to the victim, had fled the scene. The victim tells police the suspect was involved in an ongoing dispute with one of the occupants of the home. At one point, victim says the suspect stopped in front of the residence and produced a handgun that he pointed at him. Officers located the suspect a short time later on the 6100 block of Grandview Drive and recovered the handgun. After a detailed investigation the suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

   Arrested: Michael T. Wilson, 24, No Known Address

   Charges: 2 counts of Battery on Certain Personnel (F), Battery (m)

    Boise Police located an adult male who was unconcious on the sidewalk near 11th and Main Saturday evening, June 8th, at approximately 9:00 p.m. Officers requested medical personnel to assist the suspect who appeared to be suffering from extreme intoxication. The suspect became argumentive with emergency personnel and at one point, attempted to run away, colliding with another emergency responder causing minor injuries. The suspect was transported to a local hospital for medical treatment. The suspect continued to be violent at the hospital attempting to strike officers and medical personnel, spitting and fighting. After being treated and cleared by medical personnel the suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

   Arrested: James L. Teget, 21, Boise

   Charges: Grand Theft (F), Driving Under the Influence (DUI)(m), Driving Without Privileges (m)

   Arrested: Jeremy E. Laughran, 21, Meridian

   Charges: Grand Theft (F)

    Boise Police responded to a report of a stolen taxi cab early Sunday morning, June 9th, at approximately 3:00 a.m. The driver tells police he left the cab running at the curb as he entered a busness to retrieve a fair. Witnesses tell police the two suspects, who appeared to be very intoxicated at the time, got into the cab and drove away. Officers located the taxi near I-84 and Overland Road. The suspect driver, later identified as James Teget, appeared to be very intoxicated at the time and failed several field sobriety tests. A check through Boise City Records indicated the suspect was currently suspended from driving. The passenger, Jeremy Laughran, was also taken into custody without incident. The suspects were booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

   Arrested: Juan J. Vasquez, 25, Nyssa, OR.

   Charges: Burglary (F)

    Boise Police observed the suspect near a marked police vehicle that had responded to an emergency call at 6th and Grove Street early Sunday morning, June 9th, at approximately 2:20 a.m. Multiple officers watched the suspect enter the passenger side door and begin going through a bag located in the emergency vehicle. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Ada County Jail to be booked on the above listed charges.

   Arrested: Cameron, Michael K. Caston, 23, No Known Address

   Charges: Burglary (F)

    Boise Police responded to a burglary in progress near 11th and Idaho Street Saturday night, June 8th, at approximately 9:00 p.m. Multiple witnesses tell police they observed the suspect attempting to break into cars by trying door handles in a parking lot. Witnesses tell police the suspect was able to make entry into at least one of the cars. The suspect was located a short time later walking south on 9th from Idaho Street. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

   Warrant Arrested: Stacey A. Fetsch, 48, Boise

   Warrant Charges: Forgery (F)

     The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Forgery Saturday.

    The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into a money order that was forged in February of this year. Evidence indicates the suspect was involved in altering the money order to fraudulently obtain goods or services with it. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.

  Arrested: Forrest P. Moore, 18, Boise

   Charges: Burglary (F)

   Boise Police responded to a report of a theft at a retail store on the 300 block of North Milwaukee Sunday morning, June 9th, at approximately 11:30 a.m. Store employees tell police that they witnessed the suspect select several items and then leave the store without paying for them. Officers believe the suspect entered the store with the intent to commit the theft resulting in the burglary charge. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.
