Warrant Arrested: Jimmy J. Lee Peterson, 19, Boise

   Warrant Charges:  Burglary (F)

The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Burglary yesterday.

The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into the theft of items from a vehicle in June of 2012. Evidence indicates the suspect was involved in the theft and the victim was known to the suspect. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.
