Arrested: Jaret A. Frownfelter, 34, Boise
Charges: Aggravated Assault (F), Violation of a No Contact Order (m)
Boise Police responded to a report of a no contact order violation that had reportedly taken place on the evening of June 14th at a Boise home. According to the victim, who is a party in the no contact order, the two became involved in an argument. At one point, the victim tells police the suspect threw several household items at her and pinned her beneath a mattress. The incident was reported to Boise Police on June 16th. The suspect was located in Boise and taken into custody without incident. After a detailed investigation, the suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.
Arrested: Chadwick D. Pasquini, 21, Garden City
Charges: 3 counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Heroin)(F)
Boise Police Narcotics Detectives arrested Chadwick Pasquini Saturday, June 15th, as part of an ongoing investigation into the trafficking of heroin. Detectives have evidence that indicates the suspect sold approximately 26 grams total package weight of heroin on Saturday at a residence near Riverside Drive and North River Cove Lane in Garden City. A search of the residence revealed approximately 29 grams total package weight of additional heroin. After a detailed investigation the suspect was booked into the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

Warrant Arrested: Charles G. D. Snell, 26, Boise
Warrant Charges: Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana)(F)
Boise Police Gangs Unit Detectives arrested Charles Snell Friday, June 14th, as part of an ongoing investigation into the trafficking of marijuana. Detectives have evidence that indicates the suspect was involved in the sale of marijuana earlier this year at the residence located on the 1700 block of South Vermont Street in Boise. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office resulting in the Felony warrant. As officers served that search warrant at the home on Friday, they discovered additional marijuana and items of drug paraphernalia in the residence. Additional charges may be pending. Inquiries into this case should be directed to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.
Warrant Arrested: Ingri S. Koloski, 36, Garden City
Warrant Charges: Driving Under the Influence (F)
The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Driving Under the Influence Saturday.
The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into a traffic stop that took place on May 17th of this year. On that date, Boise Police stopped the suspect after receiving citizen calls indicating the suspect was driving recklessly. The suspect showed signs of impairment at the time of the stop and refused to cooperate with sobriety tests. The suspect has prior convictions for DUI making this charge a felony. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.
Arrested: Benjaman D. Wilson, 33, Boise
Charges: Grand Theft (F)
Boise Police responded to a report of a theft in progress at a business on the 7200 block of West Airway Court Friday June 14th at approximately 10:00 p.m. An employee of the business tells police he found the suspect loading an electric motor into his vehicle from the businesses storage yard. After a detailed investigation the suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.
Arrested: Terran J. Finley, 24, Boise
Charges: Use of a Computer to Obtain Funds (F)
Boise Police responded to a report of an employee theft at a retail store on the 1700 block of West State Street Friday June 14th at approximately 11:30 a.m. Store managers tell police that they have evidence that indicates the suspect used her access to the financial system in the store to obtain a printer without paying for it. After a detailed investigation into the incident the suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.
The Boise Police Department has developed a positive, productive working relationship with loss prevention agents from many local retail stores, large and small, local and national chains.
