Three overnight arrests, all drug related; Daily incident report

   Arrested: Duane L. Dikes Jr. 23, Boise

   Charges:  Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver (F), Probation Violation charges (F), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m)

    Boise Police assisted Idaho Probation and Parole agents on the search of a residence on the 5200 block of West Bel Air Street yesterday, May 21st, at approximately 9:30 a.m. A search of the residence revealed marijuana packaged in baggies, pipes, scales and other items of drug paraphernalia. Officers obtained evidence that indicates the suspect had intended the controlled substance for sale. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

   Arrested: Andrew D. Rodriguez, 27, Boise

   Charges:  Possession of a Controlled Substance (meth)(F), Probation Violation charges (F), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m)

    Boise Police assisted Idaho Probation and Parole agents on the search of a residence on the 2100 block of Helen Street yesterday, May 21st, at approximately 8:30 p.m. A search of the residence revealed a baggy containing approximately .8 grams total package weight of meth, pipes, scales and other items of drug paraphernalia. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

    Arrested: Hollie K. Gearheard, 19, Boise

    Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (prescription medications)(F)

   Boise Police on patrol early this morning, May 22nd, at approximately 1:00 a.m. observed a vehicle with a faulty tail light and conducted a traffic stop near North Orchard Street and West Morris Hill Road. As officers contacted the driver was on probation and consented to a search of the vehicle. A search of the car revealed one amphetamine Adderall Schedule II controlled substance pill the suspect did not have documentation for. Officers determined the pill belonged to a passenger, later identified as Hollie K. Gearheard. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.
