Neighborhood Contact Officer's Search leads to Felony drug charges; Daily incident report

   Arrested: Michelle J. Wood, 40, Boise

   Charges: Possession of a Controlled substance (Meth)(F), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m)

   Boise Police Neighborhood Contact Officers, working with information provided by citizen tips, contacted the suspect at a residence on the 5000 block of West Morris Hill Road yesterday, May 7th, at approximately 3:15 p.m. When officers discovered the suspect had a marijuana pipe they obtained a search warrant for the residence. Officers recovered 1.4 grams total package weight of Meth. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

   Warrant Arrested: Jacob E. Butler, 31, Boise

   Warrant Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F), Burglary (F)

     The suspect was taken into custody on two separate outstanding felony warrants, one warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance and one warrant for Burglary.

    The burglary arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into the theft of items from more than one vehicle on March 8th of this year at a parking lot on the 5200 block of West Franklin Road. Evidence indicates the suspect was involved in entering a vehicle and taking items that did not belong to him. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony Burglary warrant.

    The Possession of a Controlled Substance arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into the possession of a small amount of Meth located at a residence on the 600 block of North Milwaukee Street on January 24th of this year. Evidence indicates the suspect was the owner of the controlled substance. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony Burglary warrant.

   Arrested: Vicki L. Paullus, 49, No Known Address

   Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m)

    Boise Police responded to a request for assistance from Idaho Probation and Parole agents at a shelter care facility on the 1400 block of West Jefferson Street last night, May 7th, at approximately 10:20 p.m. Officers located approximately .8 grams total package weight of meth and a pipe that belongs to the suspect. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

   Warrant Arrested: Frederick D. Amey, 35, Marsing

   Warrant Charges: Burglary (F)

     The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Burglary yesterday.

    The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into the theft of a video camera from a pawn shop on January 3rd of this year. Evidence indicates the suspect entered the store and sold the camera to the establishment. The suspect then left the store with the camera and the cash. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.
