Two unrelated Felony burglary arrests; Daily incident report

  Arrested: Sandra Mecgonzalez, 51, Boise

   Charges: Burglary (F)

   Boise Police responded to a report of a theft at a retail store on the 5200 block of West Franklin Road yesterday, April 18th, at approximately 3:00 p.m. Store employees tell police that they witnessed the suspect conceal several items and then leave the store without paying for them. Officers believe the suspect entered the store with the intent to commit the theft resulting in the burglary charge. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

   The Boise Police Department has developed a positive, productive working relationship with loss prevention agents from many local retail stores, large and small, local and national chains. The goal of the program is to work with retailers and the Boise business community to reduce retail theft and fraud, crimes that have significant impacts on consumer prices.

   Charges: Burglary (F)

   Boise Police responded to a report of a theft at a retail store on the 300 block of North Milwaukee Street yesterday, April 18th, at approximately 6:00 p.m. Store employees tell police that they witnessed the suspect conceal items and then leave the store without paying for them. Officers believe the suspect entered the store with the intent to commit the theft resulting in the burglary charge. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.
