Two separate felony arrests for aggravated assault; Daily incident report

    Arrested: Adam L. Richey, 19, Boise

    Charges: Aggravated Assault (F)

   Boise Police responded to a citizen report of a road rage incident late last night, April 17th, at approximately 11:30 p.m. The victims tell police the suspect, who has an ongoing dispute with the driver, began following him in another vehicle. The victim had a passenger in the vehicle at the time of the incident. According to both victims, the suspect followed them driving in a reckless and threatening manner. At one point, the victims tell police they pulled into a parking lot near Fairview Avenue and Five Mile Road to try and avoid the suspect. According to witnesses, the suspect then rammed the rear end of the victim's vehicle with his. The victims tell police the suspect then approached their car and punched the vehicle with his fist, leaving dents in the car. Officers located the suspect vehicle and conducted a traffic stop near Irvine and Mitchell. After a detailed investigation, the suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

TITLE 18 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS CHAPTER 9 ASSAULT AND BATTERY 18-905. Aggravated assault defined. An aggravated assault is an assault: (a)With a deadly weapon or instrument without intent to kill; or (b)By any means or force likely to produce great bodily harm.

    Arrested: James B. Lucero, 26, Boise

    Charges: Aggravated Assault (F)

   Boise Police responded to a citizen report of a disturbance at a residence on the 2100 block of South Eagleson Road early this morning, April 18th, at approximately 1:30 a.m. The victim, who is well known to the suspect, tells police the suspect became involved in an argument at the residence. At one point, the victim tells police the suspect threatened to kill her while holding a knife. Officers located the suspect on foot near the home. Officers believe alcohol may have been a factor in this case.  After a detailed investigation, the suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

   Arrested: Timothy Harker, 48, Boise

   Charges: Battery on an Officer (F)

    Boise Police responded to a report of a problem patient at a medical facility on the 8000 block of West Northview Street last night, April 17th, at approximately 8:00 p.m. At one point the suspect shoved an officer and punched another officer in the face. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.
