Meth Delivery Arrest; BPD Daily Incident Report

Arrested: Carl C. Tucker, Jr., 36, Meridian

Charged: Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell (F)

A Boise Police officer on patrol last night shortly after 9:00 spotted a vehicle with license plates that did not match the make and model of the ca r. The suspect vehicle had stopped in a parking lot at the intersection of W. Franklin Rd and S. Orchard St. The officer contactedand identified the driver as Tucker. Officers also learned Tucker's Probation Officer had issued a warrant for Tucker's arrest. Tucker was arrested on the outstanding agents warrant. In a search of the suspect's car following his arrest, officers located  a box contining approx. 4 grams of a substance that field tested positive for meth, a scale with a substance that field tested positive for meth, spoons, syringes and other paraphernallia and several hundred dollars cash. The suspect was booked into the Ada County Jail on the above charges.
