Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana)(m), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m)
Boise Police on patrol Sunday afternoon, March 24th, at approximately 5:30 p.m. observed a vehicle speeding, failing to use a turn signal and fail to stop at a stop sign near the 1300 block of South Broadway Avenue. During the course of the investigation officers determined the suspect may have drugs on her person. Officers recovered a small amount of meth, marijuana, and items of drug paraphernalia from the suspect's person. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.
Arrested: Wendell D. Dias, 30, Boise
Charges: Driving Under the Influence (DUI)(F), Driving Without Privileges (m)
Boise Police observed a vehicle with cancelled registration Saturday night, March 23rd, at approximately 11:50 p.m. and conducted a traffic stop near Five Mile Road and West Ustick Road. The suspect, who appeared to be intoxicated at the time, failed several field sobriety tests and blew a .08/.08 at the Ada County Jail. A check through Boise City Records indicated the suspect had prior convictions for DUI making this charge a felony. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.
Warrant Arrested: Jayce E. Gomez, 19, Boise
Warrant Charges: Burglary (F)
The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for burglary Sunday.
The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into items stolen out of an unlocked vehicle on January 14th of this year. Evidence indicates the suspect was involved in the theft of items from the vehicle including a charger and speaker boxes. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.

Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (prescription medications)(F), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia(m)
Boise Police responded to a report of a disturbance at a home on the 7700 block of West Ustick Road Sunday, March 24th, at approximately 11:00 a.m. During the course of the investigation officers observed items of drug paraphernalia on the suspect's person. A search of the suspect's pockets revealed six oxycodone pills without a prescription. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.
Arrested: Susan M. Theissen, 64, Middleton
Charges: Burglary (F)
Boise Police responded to a report of a theft at a retail store on the 300 block of North Milwaukee Friday, March 22nd, at approximately 2:00 p.m. Store employees tell police they witnessed the suspect conceal items and then leave the store without paying for them. The suspect was detained by employees. Officers believe the suspect entered the store with the intent to commit the theft resulting in the burglary charge. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.
