Boise Police responded to a citizen call of a suspicious person or possible burglary at a storage facility on the 8300 block of West Vincent Street last night, March 7th, at approximately 8:00 p.m. The calling party tells police a large moving vehicle had entered the facility without using a gate code to get in. Responding officers located the vehicle and the suspects inside the gate at the storage facility. At first, two adult male suspects failed to comply with officers instructions. A pat down of Stewart Shields person for weapons revealed ten syringes and a baggie containing ten prescription Roxycodone pills the suspect did not have documentation for. Officers also recovered two knives from Shield's person. Officers located several counterfeit bills in the moving truck that officers determined belonged to Stewart Shields. A search of Ty Mungall's person revealed several knives and drug paraphernalia including a small amount of marijuana. After a detailed investigation, the suspects were booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

Warrant Arrested: Joshua P. Morris, 26, Boise

   Warrant Charges: Burglary (F)

The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Burglary yesterday.

The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into the theft of two chainsaws from a residence on the 6100 block of Pierce Park Lane in October of last year. Evidence indicates the suspect, who is well known to the victim, entered the property and stole the items from a storage area. The suspect then sold the items to obtain cash. Officers recovered the stolen chainsaws and determined the suspect had been involved in the theft. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.
