Boise Police received a report of a disturbance in a parking lot near Eagle and Fairview yesterday, March 12th, at approximately 11:00 p.m. Officers located the adult male victim in the parking lot. The victim tells police the suspect, who is known to him, confronted him in the parking lot of a store on the 8100 block of Fariview a few minutes prior. According to the victim, the suspect cursed him out over an ongoing dispute. The victim tells police the suspect then retrieved a baseball bat and attempted to strike the victim while he was sitting in his vehicle. At one point the victim tells police the bat did strike him causing what appeared to be minor injuries at the time. Officers observed damage to the vehicle consistent with the victim's statements. After a detailed investigation the suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver (Marijuana)(F)

Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F)
Boise Police on patrol late last night, March 12th, at approximately 11:00 p.m. observed a vehicle fail to signal before turning and conducted a traffic stop near West Fairview and Liberty Street. As officers contacted the driver they observed a plastic baggie containing a small amount of marijuana in plain sight. A Boise Police K-9 named "Kamo" alerted on the vehicle, indicating the likely presence of drugs. A search of the vehicle revealed a plastic baggie containing approximately 34 grams total package weight of marijuana and syringes containing a small amount of meth. During the course of the investigation officers obtained evidence that indicated the suspect was involved in the delivery of the controlled substance. The suspects were booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.
Warrant Arrested: Robert N. Hughes Jr. 24, Juno AK
Warrant Charges: Possession of a Stolen Financial Transaction Card (F)
The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Possession of a Stolen Financial Transaction Card yesterday.
The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into a stolen credit card taken from the victim in May of 2010. Evidence indicates the suspect used the stolen credit card to make purchases at a local retail store. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant. Further inquiries into this case should be directed to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.
Arrested: Sarah L. Jameson, 26, Boise
Charges: Burglary (F)
Boise Police responded to a report of a theft at a retail store on the 8300 block of West Overland Road yesterday, March 12th, at approximately 4:00 p.m. Store employees tell police they witnessed the suspect conceal several items and then leave the store without paying for them. Employees detained the suspect until officers arrived. Officers believe the suspect entered the store with the intent to commit the theft resulting in the burglary charge. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.
