Arrested: Darrien M. Dabney, 18, Boise
Charges: 3 counts of Lewd Conduct with a Child (F)
On January 18th Boise Police received a report of Lewd Conduct with a child that had taken place on more than one occasion over the last month. At the time the report was received, a safety plan was put in place denying the suspect access to the two victims who are under the age of ten. The suspect and the victims are well known to each other. After a detailed investigation into the incidents the suspect was arrested yesterday, and booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges. Arrested: Roxanne G. Kulp, 53, Boise
Charges: Possession of a Controlled Schedule II Substance (Prescription Medications)(F), Prescription in a Other Than Original Container (m)
Boise Police on patrol early early this morning, January 31st, at approximately 2:00 a.m. observed a vehicle driving erratically near Owyhee and Nez Perce Streets. Officers turned to follow the vehicle, that made several turns in an attempt to avoid officers. The vehicle pulled into a trailer park and the occupant fled. Officers located the driver hiding behind a vacant trailer near the vehicle. The suspect appeared to be hiding something as officers approached. A search of the suspect's person revealed two dextroamphetamine schedule II prescription pills the suspect did not have documentation for. Officers also found two other prescription medications without proper packaging. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.
Warrant Arrested: Crystal G. Rivas, 28, Meridian
Warrant Charges: Aiding and Abetting a Known Fugitive (F)
The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Harboring a Known Fugitive yesterday.
The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into the suspect's activities with a wanted subject in October of last year. Evidence indicates the suspect was informed by officers that she would be charged with the crime if she continued to assist a wanted fugitive. Officers later determined the suspect had continued to assist wanted persons. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.
Arrested: David L. Stoker, 33, Boise
Charges: Unauthorized Use of Federal Food Stamps/Obtaining Welfare by Fraud (F), Parole Violation Charges (F)
Boise Police assisted Idaho Probation and Parole agents on the search of a residence on the 9900 block of West Rosecroft Court yesterday, January 30th at approximately 6:30 a.m. The suspect was found to be in possession of a Idaho Quest card used to obtain welfare benefits, that did not belong to him. During the course of the investigation officers obtained evidence that indicates the suspect had used the card on more than one occasion to make purchases. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.
