Infant's injuries lead to Felony Warrant arrests; Daily incident report

   Warrant Arrested: Jacob D. Mast, 21, Boise

   Warrant Charges: Aggravated Battery (F)

   Warrant Arrested: Nicole R. Henneck, 18, Boise

   Warrant Charges: Injury to a Child (F)

     The suspects were taken into custody yesterday on an outstanding felony warrants for the above listed charges.

    The arrest warrants stem from an ongoing investigation into injuries suffered on a four month old infant. The injuries were reported to police on November 22nd, after the child was seen at a local hospital. Evidence indicates the suspects were involved in the child's injuries, including broken bones. The child was turned over to the custody of agents with the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrants. Further inquires into this case should be directed to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.
