Warrant Arrested: Benjamin D. Sparrow, 34, Boise

   Warrant Charges: Grand Theft (F)

The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Grand Theft yesterday.

The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into a stolen check. Evidence indicates the suspect used the stolen blank check to obtain more than $3,000.00 in cash in August of this year. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.
