Boise Police responded to a report of a disturbance at a residence on the 4000 block of Plum Street early this morning, January 7th, just after midnight. The victims tell police the suspect, who is not known to them, forced his way into the home and attacked an adult male resident. When officers arrived, the suspect, who appeared to be very intoxicated at the time, was still in the home. Due to the suspect's level of intoxication, officers are unable to provide any explanation for the attack. The adult male victim was transported to a local hospital with injuries that will require hospitalization for several days. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

Boise Police responded to a report of a collision at Five Mile and Excaliber Sunday afternoon, January 6th, at approximately 3:00 p.m. Witnesses tell police the suspect was driving Northbound on Five Mile near Excaliber when, according to witnesses, he appeared to intentionally swerve into the oncoming lane of traffic and struck the victim's vehicle head on. The adult male victim was transported to a local hospital with what appeared to be non-life threatening injuries at the time. During the course of the investigation officers obtained evidence that indicated the suspect intentionally struck the victim's vehicle. The victim and the suspect are not known to each other. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Lewd Conduct Friday.
The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into illegal sexual activity with a juvenile victim under the age of 16. Evidence indicates the activity took place in a Boise home in October of this year. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant. Further inquiries into this case should be directed to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.

Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F), Possession of Medication in other than Original Container (m)
Boise Police on patrol early Sunday morning, January 6th, at approximately 1:00 a.m. observed a vehicle stopped beyond the white line at a stop light on West Morris Hill and North Orchard Street. As officers contacted the driver, a Boise Police K-9 named Kamo alerted on the vehicle indicating the likely presence of drugs. A search of the vehicle revealed approximately 1 gram total package weight of Meth wrapped in plastic and several prescription medications without the original containers. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.
