Two unrelated suspects face warrant charges; Daily incident report

Warrant Arrested: Taylor R. Stanley, 29, Eagle

Warrant Charges: Obtaining Drugs by Fraud (F)

The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Obtaining Drugs by Fraud yesterday.

The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into multiple prescriptions for Norco filled at local pharmacies starting in November of 2010. Evidence indicates the suspect used fraudulent information to obtain more than 30 prescriptions for the controlled substance over several years. Detectives were contacted by a local pharmacy who identified inconsistencies in the prescriptions. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.

Warrant Charged: Erika E. Giron, 31, Litchfield AZ.

   Warrant Charges: Grand Theft (F)

The suspect, who was already in custody in Arizona, was transferred to the Ada County Jail to face charges on an outstanding warrant for Grand Theft yesterday.

The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into money obtained by the suspect through fraudulent means in 2009. Evidence indicates the suspect used a false website to obtain money in a mortgage scheme to defraud customers. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.
