Warrant Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver (F)

The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver on Sunday.

The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into the possession of marijuana during a consent search of a residence on October 13th of this year. On that date, officers received consent to search the Boise home and recovered approximately 26 grams of marijuana, plastic bags, heat seal packaging materials, scales, and other items of drug paraphernalia. Officers have other evidence that indicates the suspect was involved in the sale of the controlled substance.
