Warrant arrest for passing bad checks; Daily incident report

Warrant Arrested: Regan R. Mullins, 32, Boise

Warrant Charges: Drawing a Check Without Funds (F)

The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Drawing a Check Without Funds yesterday.

The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into multiple checks presented to a local store in December of last year. Evidence indicates the suspect was involved in defrauding the business owner of more than $600.00. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.
