Possession of Meth and Vehicle Burglary arrests; Daily incident report

    Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m)

   Boise Police on patrol last night, October 18th, at approximately 7:00 p.m. observed a vehicle fail to stop for a red light at Franklin and Curtis. As officers contacted the driver, a Boise Police K-9 "KC" alerted on the vehicle indicating the likely presence of drugs. A search of the vehicle revealed a plastic baggie containing a small amount of Meth, used syringes and two marijuana pipes. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

   Arrested: Robert A. Buzard III, 45, Boise

   Charges: Burglary (F)

    Boise Police responded to a report of vehicle burglary at a bar on the 1900 block of South Owyhee Street early this morning, October 19th, just after midnight. A witness tells police he watched the suspect as he rummaged through a victims vehicle, then fled the parking lot. Victims tell police the suspect had also taken items from two additional vehicles in the same parking lot. After a detailed investigation officers located the suspect at a nearby apartment and some of the stolen items have been recovered. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

    Arrested: Berle A. Cullum Jr, 23, Boise

     Charges: 2 counts of Forgery (F), 2 counts of Grand Theft (F)

    Boise Police arrested Berle Callum Jr. yesterday, October 18th, as part of an ongoing investigation by Boise Police Detectives into forged documents used to obtain funds at a Boise bank. Detectives have evidence that indicates the suspect was involved in passing forged document to obtain funds over the past month. After a detailed investigation the suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

    Arrested: Lindsay M. Batchlar, 24, Boise

     Charges: Forgery (F), Grand Theft (F)

    Boise Police arrested Lindsay Batchlar yesterday, October 18th, as part of an ongoing investigation by Boise Police Detectives into forged documents used to obtain funds at a Boise bank. Detectives have evidence that indicates the suspect was involved in passing the document to obtain funds on October 5th of this year. After a detailed investigation the suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.
