The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Aggravated Battery yesterday.
The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into a fight that took place in April of this year near Fairview and Cloverdale. Evidence indicates the suspect was involved in the physical altercation with an acquaintance over an ongoing dispute. During the fight the victim, who is known to the suspect, lost consciousness and received injuries consistent with a concussion. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant. Further inquiries into this case should be directed to the Ada County prosecuting Attorney's Office.

Boise Police responded to a disturbance at a residential complex on the 2200 block of West Kootenai Street Saturday afternoon, September 15th, at approximately 5:30 p.m. Multiple witnesses tell police the suspect became involved in a verbal confrontation with the adult female victim over a driving dispute. At one point, witnesses tell police the suspect retrieved a baseball bat from an apartment and confronted the victim, making verbal threats. The victim tells police she feared for her safety. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

Arrested: Tyler R. burns, 22, Boise
Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Prescription Medications)(F), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m), Driving Without Privileges (DWP)(m)
Boise Police observed a vehicle perform an illegal turn near the 6000 block of West Clinton Street Sunday evening, September 16th, at approximately 7:50 p.m. As officers contacted the driver Ada County Dispatch indicated the suspect was currently suspended from driving. A Boise Police K-9 named "Diesel" alerted on the vehicle, indicating the likely presence of drugs. A search of the vehicle revealed two spoons with white residue, a used syringe, and a baggie containing two pills identified as Dilaudid. The suspect did not have prescriptions for the controlled substances. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Prescription Medications)(F)
Boise Police on patrol early Sunday morning, September 16th, at approximately 2:30 a.m. observed a vehicle with expired registration and conducted a traffic stop on the 6500 block of West Fairview Avenue. A check through Ada County Dispatch indicated the suspect was on felony probation. Officers received consent to search the vehicle and recovered approximately 8 pills, later identified as Amphetamines, a schedule II Narcotic, the suspect did not have documentation for. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

Boise Police responded to a report of a theft at a retail store on the 300 block of North Milwaukee Street Saturday, September 15th, at approximately 6:30 p.m. Store employees tell police that they witnessed the suspect conceal several items, including clothes and jewelry, then leave the store without paying for them. The suspect was detained until officers arrived. Officers believe the suspect entered the store with the intent to commit the theft resulting in the burglary charge. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

The suspects were taken into custody on outstanding felony warrants for Burglary Saturday.
The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into items taken from a retail store in April of this year. Evidence indicates the two suspects entered the store and concealed items before leaving without paying for them. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrants.
