Warrant Charges:  Delivery of a Controlled Substance (F)

Warrant Arrested: Charlene L. Smith, 20, Boise

Warrant Charges:  Delivery of a Controlled Substance (F)

The suspects were taken into custody on outstanding felony warrants for Delivery of a Controlled Substance Sunday, July 29th.

The arrest warrants stem from an ongoing investigation into the sales of Marijuana, Mushrooms, LSD and Cocaine from a residence on the 900 block of South Roosevelt Street in March of this year. Boise Police Neighborhood Contact Officers, working with tips received from the community, conducted a consent search of the residence  on March 15th.  Officers recovered drugs from the residence and evidence that indicates drugs sales had taken place. Evidence indicates both suspects had engaged in sales activities. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant. Further inquires into this case should be made with the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.
