Impaired driving ends in DUI arrest; Daily incident report

    Arrested: Jeremy D. Stom, 37, Meridian

    Charges: Driving Under the Influence (DUI)(F), Driving Without Privileges (DWP)(m)

   Boise Police observed a pickup fail to yield to two pedestrians crossing the street on Cherry Lane West of South Shoshone Street yesterday, June 27th, at approximately 8:30 p.m. The suspect was able to stop the pickup before striking the adult and child. The suspect, who appeared to be intoxicated at the time, failed several field sobriety tests and a blood draw was performed for later evidentiary testing. A check through Ada County Records indicated the suspect had prior convictions for DUI making this charge a felony. Records indicated the suspect was also currently suspended from driving. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

   Arrested: David A. Green, 32, Boise

   Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Prescription Medications)(F), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana)(m), Agents Warrant/Parole Violation (F)

    Boise Police assisted Idaho Probation and Parole agents on the search of a residence on the 300 block of North 17th Street yesterday, June 27th, at approximately 11:00 p.m. Officers located two prescription Hydrocodone pills the suspect did not have documentation for and approximately three grams total package weight of marijuana. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.
