Factitious license plates lead to Felony arrests; Daily incident report

    Arrested: Robert W.  Harmon, 19, Boise

    Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F), Grand Theft (F), Failure to Purchase a Drivers License (m), Providing False Information (m), Failure to Appear Warrant (F), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m),

    Arrested: Maxwell A. Dosh, 18, Boise

    Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F), Grand Theft (F), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m)

   Boise Police on patrol observed a vehicle with fictitious license plates near Five Mile Road and Landmark Street last night, June 25th, at approximately 11:30 p.m. Officers noted that the license plates did not return to the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. Both occupants of the vehicle provided false identifying information to officers, who determined the car had been stolen. A search of the vehicle revealed a small amount of Meth and items of drug paraphernalia belonging to the suspects. Ada County Records indicated that Robert Haromon also had a warrant for his arrest on Failure to Appear charges. The suspects were booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.
