Drug charges and burglary arrest; Daily incident report

    Arrested: Zachary L. Taylor, 24, Meridian

    Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F), Possession of a Controlled Substance not in Original Container)(Prescription Medication)(m), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m)

   Boise Police observed a vehicle stopped inside a crosswalk at a red light at 8th and Idaho Streets yesterday, June 28th, at approximately 11:00 p.m. A officers contacted the driver they noted the distinct odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle. A search of the vehicle revealed a hypodermic needle, a burnt spoon with Meth residue, a cotton ball saturated with Meth and a prescription pill with no packaging identified as Tramidol the suspect had no documentation for. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

    Arrested: Christopher C. Easton, 30, Boise

    Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana)(m), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m), Parole Violation charges 

    Boise Police assisted Idaho Probation and Parole agents on the search of a residence on the 1800 block of North Cole Road yesterday, June 28th, at approximately 7:30 a.m. Officers located multiple glass pipes, syringes, a spoon with wadding that tested positive for Meth and a red pipe with marijuana residue in it. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

   Arrested: Robert White, 41, Meridian

   Charges: Burglary (F)

    Boise Police responded to a report of a burglary in progress at a residence on the 2700 block of West Rose Hill Street yesterday, June 28th, at approximately 10:30 a.m. A neighbor of the victim tells police he witnessed the suspect leaving his neighbors residence wearing multiple items of clothing, including multiple pairs of shorts, multiple shirts and a jacket belonging to the victim. The neighbor provided a detailed description of the suspect who was located moments later walking near Vista Avenue and Camas Street. After a detailed investigation officers recovered the stolen clothing items. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.
