Charges: Aggravated Driving Under the Influence (DUI)(F)
Boise Police responded to a report of a collision involving a motorcycle and a passenger car yesterday afternoon, June 13th, at approximately 2:35 p.m. on the off ramp of the I-84 connector at Franklin Road. Evidence indicates the suspect, who was driving a passenger car, failed to slow down as she exited the connector and struck a motorcycle ridden by the victim from behind. The victim, who was wearing a helmet at the time, was transported to a local hospital with what appeared to be non-life threatening injuries. The suspect, who appeared to be intoxicated at the time, failed several field sobriety tests and a blood draw was performed for later evidentiary testing. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

Charges: Driving Under the Influence (DUI)(F), Driving Without Privileges (DWP)(m)
Boise Police received a citizen report of a possible drunk driver near Fort and 14th streets last night, June 13th, just before midnight. Officers located the vehicle and observed the suspect run a red light at 13th and Fort street. The suspect, who appeared to be very intoxicated at the time, failed several field sobriety tests and blew a .23/.23 at the Ada County Jail. A check through Ada County Records indicated the suspect had prior convictions for DUI making this charge a felony and the suspect was currently suspended from driving. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.
