Theft and drug arrests; Weekend incident report

   Arrested: Joseph G. Munson, 20, Nampa

   Charges: Burglary (F)

   Arrested: Cole P. Moya, 19, Boise

   Charges: Burglary (F)

   Arrested: Tobias C. Moya, 28, Boise

   Charges: Burglary (F)

    Boise Police responded to a report of a Burglary on the 1700 block of West Potter Drive early Sunday morning, May 20th, at approximately 6:30 a.m. The victims tell police they woke up to find the suspects had entered through an unlocked door and were in the process of taking items from the residence. One of the victims was able to get a license plate number as the suspects fled the scene. Officers located the three suspects a short time later and recovered the stolen items. After a detailed investigation  the suspects were transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

    Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F)

    Arrested: Damien S. Wilhelm, 33, Boise

    Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana)(m)

   Boise Police on patrol early Sunday morning, May 20th, at approximately 4:00 a.m. observed a vehicle with expired registration and conducted a traffic stop near Ustick and Duane Streets. As officers contacted the driver, a Boise Police K-9 named Turk alerted on the vehicle indicating the likely presence of drugs. A search of the vehicle revealed Two packages containing meth, one weighing 3 grams and one weighing .1 gram. Officers also recovered a baggie containing less than a gram of marijuana. The suspects were booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

    Arrested: Rocky J. Bates, 42, Emmett

    Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m), Failure to Appear Charges

   Boise Police responded to a report of an unconscious man in a car at a convenience store on the 12000 block of West Fairview Avenue Friday morning, May 18th, at approximately 9:00 a.m. Witnesses tell police the man had been inside the vehicle for more than an hour. Officers contacted the man inside the car to determine if he was ok. During the contact, the suspect removed a jacket revealing a knife that had been previously concealed. Officers conducted a search of the suspects person for safety and recovered a glass pipe with Meth residue and a small amount of Meth. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

    Arrested: James G. Beck III, 33, Boise

    Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F)

   Boise Police on patrol late Sunday evening, May 20th, at approximately 8:30 p.m. observed a bicycle without the proper required lighting and conducted a traffic stop near State and Arthur Street. As officers contacted the rider, they obtained information that indicated he may be in possession of illegal drugs. A search of the suspects person revealed a small amount of Meth and a syringe. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

   Warrant Arrested:Kelly C. Lesley, 31, Boise

   Warrant Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (F), Failure to Appear charges

     The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance Friday.

    The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into the illegal possession of Oxycodone discovered during a traffic stop in October of last year. Evidence indicates the suspect was in possession of the controlled substance at the time. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.

   Warrant Arrested: Eric C. Nasker, 30, Garden City

   Warrant Charges:  Receiving Stolen Property (F)

     The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Receiving Stolen Property Sunday.

    The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into a bicycle stolen in November of last year. Evidence indicates the suspect was involved in pawning the bike at a local pawn shop after the theft. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.

   Arrested: Veronika Felan, 34, Boise

   Charges: Burglary (F), Parole Violation Charges (F)

   Boise Police responded to a report of a theft at a retail store on the 2700 block of South Broadway Avenue Saturday evening, May 19th, at approximately 7:00 p.m. Store employees tell police that they witnessed the suspect conceal several items leave the store without paying for them. Officers located the suspect at a residence on the 1800 block of South Raymond and recovered the items. Officers believe the suspect entered the store with the intent to commit the theft resulting in the burglary charge. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.
