Boise Police were called by employees of a store on the 8300 block of W. Overland Rd.Sunday, May 13, shortly after 5:00 p.m. A store employee who witnessed the alleged crime told officer he saw the suspect appear to follow females into the store dressing rooms. According to witnesses, the suspect would hang around the clothing section of the store, watch for a female to enter a dressing room, then enter the adjacent room. The witness told officers he saw the suspect follow a young female approximately 12 years of age in the dressing room. The store employee says he had the girls mom remove her from the dressing room without the knowledge of the suspect. The employee then entered the dressing room next to the suspect and saw the suspect get on his hands and knees and look under the divider at him, apparently not knowing the young girl had already left. When the suspect saw it was a store employee in the dressing room, he reportedly got up and left. The employee called police, who quickly found the suspect as he was leaving the store.
