Fight at a party leads to Aggravated Battery arrest warrant; Daily incident report

   Warrant Arrested: Richard K. Laursen

   Warrant Charges: Aggravated Battery (F)

     The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Aggravated Battery yesterday.

    The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into an incident that took place at a party on the 1900 block of West Potter Drive in January of this year. Evidence indicates the suspect was involved in a dispute with the suspect that turned physical. At one point, the victim tells police the suspect choked him from behind and struck him in the face, causing a broken nose. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.

  Arrested: Jestice N. Allison, 18, Meridian

    Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver (Marijuana)(F)

    Arrested: William C. Lewis, 18, Boise

    Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver (Marijuana)(F)

   Boise Police on patrol observed a vehicle driving along side a closed business with the headlights turnned off near West Ustick and North Five Mile Road late last night, May 14th at approximately 11:30 p.m. As officers contacted the driver, they observed a baggie containing a small amount of marijuana in plain sight. During the corse of the investigation, officers received undisclosed evidence that the supsects had intended to sell the controlled substance to another party. The suspects were booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

    Arrested: Patricia J. Hull, 30, Weiser

    Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m), Probation Violation charges out of Washington

   Boise Police responded to a report of a suspicious subject on the 300 block of South Hilton Street early this morning, May 15th, at approximately 2:00 a.m. As officers contacted the suspect they determined she had a current warrant for her arrest out of Washington on Probation Violation Charges. An Ada County K-9 alerted on the vehicle the suspect had been accessing, indicating the likely presence of drugs. A search of the vehicle revealed a glass pipe with Meth residue, and two baggies containing a small amount of Meth. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

  Arrested: Zachary L. Fulgham, 30, Boise

  Charges: 2 counts of Forgery (F), Failure to Appear Warrant charges (m)

    Boise Police arrested the suspect yesterday, as part of an ongoing investigation into the forgery of several payroll checks used to obtain cash at local stores. Detectives have evidence that indicates the suspect was involved in the crime on at least two occasions starting in April of this year. At the time of arrest, officers verified the suspect had a current warrant for his arrest on Failure to Appear Charges. After a detailed investigation, the suspect was taken into custody and booked on the above listed charges.
