Charges: Lewd Conduct with a Minor under 16 (F)
Boise Police received a call from an anonymous person who reported illegal activity taking place in a car on the corner Stockwell and Chatsworth yesterday, May 23rd, at approximately 6:00 p.m. Officers located the suspect, later identified as Trevor Barnes, and a juvenile female under the age of 13, in various stages of undress inside the car. The suspect is known to the victim. After a detailed investigation the suspect was taken into custody and booked into the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges. TITLE 18 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS CHAPTER 15 CHILDREN AND VULNERABLE ADULTS 18-1508. Lewd conduct with minor child under sixteen. Any person who shall commit any lewd or lascivious act or acts upon or with the body or any part or member thereof of a minor child under the age of sixteen (16) years, including but not limited to, genital-genital contact, oral-genital contact, anal-genital contact, oral-anal contact, manual-anal contact, or manual-genital contact, whether between persons of the same or opposite sex, or who shall involve such minor child in any act of bestiality or sado-masochism as defined in section 18-1507, Idaho Code, when any of such acts are done with the intent of arousing, appealing to, or gratifying the lust or passions or sexual desires of such person, such minor child, or third party, shall be guilty of a felony.
Arrested: Michael P. Nagele, 28, Boise
Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F), Carrying a Concealed Weapon(m), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m), Driving Without Privileges (DWP)(m), Parole Violation Charges
Boise Police on patrol yesterday, May 23rd, at approximately 6:00 a.m. observed a vehicle perform an illegal lane change and conducted a stop at Phillipi and Grover Street. A check through Ada County Dispatch indicated the suspect was currently suspended from driving and the suspect was taken into custody. A search of the suspect revealed a glass pipe with approximately one gram of Meth residue on his person. Officers also recovered a knife concealed on the suspect hear the belt line. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.
Arrested: Shannon Gonzalez, 41, Boise
Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Prescription Medications)(F), 2 counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance (Prescription Medications)(m), Disturbing the Peace (m)
Boise Police on patrol early last night, May 23rd, at approximately 10:40 p.m. received a report of a fight on the 400 block of South 9th. Officers located the persons involved in the fight and after a detailed investigation, Shannon Gonzalez was taken into custody on a charge of Disturbing the Peace. A search of the suspects purse revealed multiple prescription medications the suspect did not have documentation for including, Morphine, Oxycodone, Phendimetazine tartrate and clonazepam. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.
Arrested: Darryn S. Severine, 27, Boise
Charges: Possession of a Controlled substance with Intent to Deliver (Marijuana)(F)
Boise Police received a report from a citizen that the suspect had illegal substances in a residence on the 1700 block of South Owyhee Street yesterday, May 23rd, at approximately 9:00 p.m. Officers recovered a small amount of marijuana, pipes, bongs, baggies, scales and other items of dug paraphernalia from the home. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.
Warrant Arrested: Zachary T. Perry, 19, Boise
Warrant Charges: Forgery (F)
The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Forgery yesterday.
The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into a check the suspect presented to a bank in July of 2011. Evidence indicates the suspect was involved in forging the check and then attempting to use it to obtain funds on July 30th 2011. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.
Arrested: William W. Stebelton, 29, Meridian
Boise Police charged William Stebelton with one count of Felony Burglary as he was being booked into jail by Meridian Police on other charges. The Burglary charge comes after a detailed investigation into items stolen from local merchants over the last three months. Detectives have evidence that indicates the suspect was involved in stealing the items from retail stores. The suspect, who was already in Meridian PD custody on other charges was booked with the additional charge of Burglary yesterday.
