 Warrant Arrested: Shirley E. Stone-Jones, 46, Boise

Warrant Charges: Delivery of a Controlled Substance (F)

The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Delivery of a Controlled Substance yesterday.

The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into the possession of approximately 26 grams total package weight of Meth recovered from the suspects purse during a traffic stop on May 2nd of this year. At the time of the stop the suspect, later identified as Shirley Stone-Jones was a passenger in the vehicle. During the course of the investigation a purse, belonging to the suspect, was recovered and officers located the Meth inside. Officers have other evidence that indicates the suspect was involved in the sale of the illegal drug. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.
