Boise Police responded to a report of an
assault on the 11000 block of West Tahiti Street Saturday morning,
April 21st, at approximately 8:00 a.m. The victim tells police she
had been involved in an ongoing dispute with the suspect when the
suspect approached her on the sidewalk near her home. After a
verbal exchange took place, the victim tells police the suspect got
into her car and swerved at the victim, driving onto the sidewalk,
causing the victim to fear for her life. The victim says the
suspect then stopped in the street and made additional verbal
threats resulting in the additional assault charge. After a
detailed investigation the the suspect was transported to the Ada
County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

Boise Police responded to a call from a concerned
citizen about possible drug activity at a residence on the 2100
block of South Chinkapin Place Sunday, April 22nd, at approximately
11:00 a.m. Officers recovered approximately 14 grams total
package weight of marijuana, scales, smoking devices and other
items of drug paraphernalia from the home. During the course
of the investigation officers obtained evidence that the suspects
had been involved in the sale of drugs from the home. The suspects
were booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

Boise Police responded to a report of a theft at a
retail store on the 8300 block of West Franklin Saturday, April
21st, at approximately 6:30 p.m. Store employees tell police that
they witnessed the suspect conceal items and leave the store
without paying for the items. As employees approached the suspect
in an attempt to detain him, he became combative. At one point, the
suspect entered a vehicle and according to witnesses, the suspect
driver, Brian Humphreys, drove directly at the victim, causing him
to fear for his life. Officers located Brain Humphreys later that
day and he was taken into custody without further incident. After a
detailed investigation, the suspect was transported to the Ada
County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

Charges: Possession of a
Controlled Substance (Meth)(F), Possession of a Controlled
Substance (Prescription Amphetamine)(F)
Boise Police on patrol early Saturday morning,
April 21st at approximately 1:00 a.m. observed a vehicle perform an
illegal lane change and conducted a traffic stop near 8th and
Myrtle. As officers contacted the driver, a Boise Police K-9
alerted on the vehicle indicating the likely presence of drugs. A
search of the vehicle revealed a small amount of Meth and three
Vyvanse, schedule II Amphetamine pills the suspect did not have a
prescription for. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on
the above listed charges.

Charges: Possession of a
Controlled Substance (Methadone)(F), Parole Violation Charges
(F)
Boise Police on patrol observed the suspect
operating a motor vehicle while suspended Sunday, April 22nd, near
Cleveland and Lemhi Streets, at approximately 10:00 a.m. As
officers contacted the driver, they determined he was currently on
parole and conducted a search of his person. Officers recovered
methadone pills, a controlled substance, and determined he did not
have a prescription for the medication. The suspect was booked at
the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

Arrested: Imran S. Ahmad, 32,

Charges: Possession of a
Controlled Substance (F) Violation of a No Contact Order (m)
Boise Police responded to a report of a
disturbance at a residence on the 300 block of West Reese Street
early Sunday morning, April 22nd, just after midnight. Officers
determined the suspect was in violation of a current valid no
contact order issued by the court. As the suspect was booked into
the Ada County jail on that charge, officers located four adderall
prescription medication pills hidden on his person. The suspect did
not have a prescription for the controlled substance. The suspect
was booked on the above listed charges.

Boise Police responded to a report of a
fraud in progress at a bank on the 1600 block of South Vista
Friday, April 20th, at approximately 10:30 a.m. Employees tell
police the suspect was attempting to obtain cash using a closed
account and false document. After a detailed investigation, the
suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the
above listed charges.

Controlled Substance (Oxycodone)(F), Petit Theft (m)
Boise Police responded to a report of a theft at a
retail store on the 8300 block of West Overland early Saturday
morning, April 21st, just after midnight. Store employees tell
police that they witnessed the suspect conceal several items and
then leave the store without paying for them. A search of the
suspect revealed 15 Oxycodone prescription pills the suspect did
not have documentation for. The suspect was transported to the Ada
County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

Drug Paraphernalia (m)
Boise Police responded to a report of a theft at a
retail store on the 8100 block of West Franklin Saturday, April
21st, at approximately 3:00 p.m. Store employees tell police that
they witnessed the suspect conceal a knife and then leave the store
without paying for the item. Officers believe the suspect entered
the store with the intent to commit the theft resulting in the
burglary charge. A search of the suspect revealed a smoking
device with marijuana residue in it. The suspect was transported to
the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

Boise Police responded to a report of a theft at a
retail store on the 1500 block of West State Friday, April 20th, at
approximately 4:00 p.m. Store employees tell police that they
witnessed the suspect conceal a pocket radio, then leave the store
without paying for the item. Officers located the suspect a short
time later and recovered the item. Officers believe the suspect
entered the store with the intent to commit the theft resulting in
the burglary charge. The suspect was transported to the Ada County
Jail and booked on the above listed charges.
