Warrant Arrested: Leanoard L. Milburn, 45, Garden City

  Warrant Charges:  Burglary (F)

The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Burglary yesterday.

The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into the theft of items from a retail store in November of last year. Evidence indicates the suspect entered a store with the intent to commit the theft resulting in the burglary charge. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.
