Boise Police responded to a report of a

The victim tells police his dog alerted him to a person on his
property. When the victim exited his home he tells police he saw
the suspect inside his vehicle in the driveway with the steering
wheel removed and wires pulled out from under the dashboard making
attempts to hot wire the vehicle. The victim does not know the
suspect. After repeated attempts to keep the vehicle running the
victim managed to pin the suspect inside the vehicle until officers
arrived. After a detailed investigation the suspect was taken into
custody without incident. The suspect was transported to the Ada
County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

Warrant Arrested: Christopher G. Brown, 36,
Boise
Warrant Charges:Grand Theft (F)
The suspect was taken into custody on an
outstanding felony warrant for Grand Theft yesterday.
The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing
investigation into a vehicle loaned to the suspect in April of
2011. Evidence indicates the suspect used the vehicle and then
failed to return it to the owner in September of 2011 as agreed.
After a detailed investigation, the vehicle was entered into NCIC
as stolen. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada
County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony
warrant.
