Boise Police responded to a citizen
report of a vehicle burglary on the 8500 block of West Brynwood
Drive early this morning, March 22nd, at approximately 4:00 a.m.
The calling party tells police two males were looking through the
neighbor's car using flashlights. Officers spotted two suspects
matching the description given by witnesses in the area of Mountain
View just East of Maple Grove. As officers attempted to contact the
suspects, they immediately dropped a backpack and began running
from police. Officers located one of the suspects hiding under a
tarp in a residential back yard. A search of the suspect, later
identified as Jacob Miller, revealed flashlights, gloves and a
metal tube with the odor of burnt marijuana. A search of the
suspect's backpack that had been dropped when the chase began,
revealed several items stolen from vehicles in the neighborhood.
The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on
the above listed charges.

Warrant Charges: Grand Theft

The suspect was taken into custody on an
outstanding felony warrant for Grand Theft yesterday.
The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing
investigation into money stolen from a local business between March
and December of last year. Evidence indicates the suspect,
who was an employee at the time, used fraudulent means to obtain
money from the company for personal gain. The company estimates the
theft to be in excess of $6,000.00. After a detailed investigation
by Boise Police financial crimes detectives that investigative
information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's
Office and resulted in the felony warrant.

Boise Police contacted the occupants of
a vehicle as part of an ongoing investigation near Emerald and
Milwaukee street yesterday, March 21st, at approximately 7:00 p.m.
As officers contacted the suspects, Ellesse Williams repeatedly
provided false identifying information about the adult male she was
with. After a detailed investigation, officers determined the adult
male was Elliot Bailey and had a current warrant for his arrest on
Parole Violation charges. Both suspects were arrested and booked on
the above listed charges.

are accessories who, having knowledge that a felony has been
committed: (1) Willfully withhold or conceal it from a peace
officer, judge, magistrate, grand jury or trial jury; or (2)
Harbor and protect a person who committed such felony or who
has been charged with or convicted thereof.
