Boise Police received a citizens report of a
possible graffitti incident taking place under Franklin Road in the
canal ditch yesterday, March 27th, at approximately 5:00 p.m. The
calling party was concerned that two suspects, who had been seen in
the canal, may be placing graffitti on the concrete. During the
course of the investigation officers located approximately 1 gram
of Meth and a syringe in the pockets of Bradley Kellar. A check
through Ada County Dispatch confirmed that Kenneth Enger had an
outsanding warrant for his arrest on Failure To Appear charges.
Officers did not locate any graffitti. The suspects were booked at
the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

Arrested: Nathaniel Hollins, 28,

Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F)
Boise Police responded to a report of a
burglary suspect being detained on the 1100 block of North Curtis
yesterday, March 27th, at approximately 9:00 p.m. Witnesses tell
police the suspect, later identified as Nathaniel Hollins, entered
a convenience store on the 100 block of North Curtis had selected a
24 ounce alcoholic beverage before leaving the store without
attempting to pay for it. The suspect's description was obtained by
security personel at a nearby medical facility who recognized the
suspect on the grounds and detained him. Officers believe the
suspect entered the store with the intent to commit the theft
resulting in the burglary charge. During the course of the
investigation officers located a plastic baggie containing
approximately .5 grams total package weight of Meth and the stolen
beer can. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and
booked on the above listed charges.

Boise Police responded to a citizen report of a
vehicle burglary on the 5400 block of West Ellens Ferry Drive early
yesterday morning, March 27nd, at approximately 1:30 a.m. The
calling party tells police two juvenile males attempted to break
into a vehilce in front of a residence. A short time later, one of
the vehicle burglary victims located the suspects on Waterwheel
Street and detained them until officers arrived. Officers recovered
some of the stolen items taken from three vehicles in the
neighborhood. The two juvenile males, ages 16 and 17, were cited
and released to the custody of legal guardians.

Arrested: Kenneth W. Campbell, 45, Boise
Charged: Failure to Register as a Sex Offender

Boise Police received a request for a
welfare check on a subject at a residence on the 4800 block of
North Charm Lane yesterday, March 27th, at approximately 7:00 a.m.
Officers made contact at the residence with Kenneth Campbell.
During the course of the investigation, officers discovered the
suspect had failed to notify the Ada County Sheriff's Office of his
change in address. A check through Ada County Dispatch confirmed
that the suspect is a Registered Sex offender in Idaho. Officers
arrested the suspect and booked him into the Ada County Jail on the
above charge.
